Hello,

do you have EMU Plug&Play adapter for Bosch Motronic M1.7 88 pin connector? :

Applications include all E36 BMWs, 1996-1999 Porsche 911, 1997-1999 Porsche Boxster, and 1997-2001 Hyundai Tiburon.

I think it's not possible to have one P&P adapter for all those cars. They may have the same 88pin connector, but i'm pretty sure, they have different wiring to it.

Same is with 55pin Motronic connector - it's used in Opel, Audi (n/a and turbo), Renault, probably BMW, and surely many other brands and models, but that's it - wiring is completely different for all those cars...

Yes true but key factor is availability of connector, i saw them on AliExp but i don't need 1500 pieces.

This is great news i was looking for it and i found connector for MS: http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/diyb ... p-606.html
but again ordering it from US is nonsense.

So i ordered used DME unit for 5$ :)

RHD can you tell what price you have for it ? I relay need only 88pin connector and casing for it all plugs for EMU and WBO i already have.
I also like clean look of your solution and i see you have experience and probably proper data sheets so it is possible to make adapter for 92 E36 318is?
Perfect solution for me will be adapter for 6 cyl engine that can be used with 4 cyl M42 for now (2 extra injectors and coil signals and VANOS).

VANOS is little problém.
Stock ECU does switch the positive, but EMU switches negative.

So you need to play with electronics, transistors etc... or turn around the flyback diodes on vanos and change the wiring .... so no plug&play

Every model of BMW has quite different pinouts so to make one and later change it is not so easy but it is doable

I actually use a small PCB that i had printed and fits in the case, it has lots of additional positions for flybacks and resistors etc plus a little pcb relay for switching the bmw main relay then I just link it all up with the required jumpers to suit any engine. The case is one of those little hoby boxes from a local electronics store with the side cut out. They are quite time consuming so I dont usually sell them separately only as a complete kit with ecu etc but I can sell you the plug, pcb, and pinout info if you like to make one yourself? pm or email me
