Coolant Temp issue ! Please Help

I have installed the EMU on a Jeep wrangler TJ 2003, only Injectors, Coils, Map sensor and coolant temp wires are connected to the EMU and the rest on factory ECU. I have notice when my cooling electrical fan stop working the temp gage move at middle then it mean its over heated and most of the time it never move if fan is on.

Did you mean that the fan is running but it wouldn't cool your temp down? Did you open up the Coolant temp gauge on the EMU application to actually see what temperature you were at?

how did you wire CLT sensor? together with the stock ecu? or did you remove from stock ecu to emu?
