Hello!

Could you please provide what BMW X6000X pins you did connect to make the DBW on M54 work?

I was thinking i could hook it up like this:

52 pin nr 7
Throttle valve supply = b26 +5v

52 pin nr 19
Signal throttle position potentiometer1 = b31

52 pin nr 10
Signal throttle position potentiometer2 = b4

52 pin nr 20
Ground throttle position sensor = B39

52 pin nr 43
Signal throttle valve drive = H-bridge 1a

52 pin nr 44
Signal throttle valve drive = H-bride 1b

40 pin nr 12
Pedal position sensor = b18

40 pin nr 14
Pedal position sensor = b17

Could you verify if this works? Since you already have gotten it to work?

Thanks!
Best Regards, Ozyon

I think I will install the EMU some where in the drivers footwell area because I have flying leads kit anyway. I just use the stock E-box for original fuses and relays and install the wiring through the E-box.

Btw, you can find the "e46 Bentley manual pdf" easily from google. Lots of good stuff in the manual. MS 42.0 and 43.0 DME pin assignments etc. In case if you don't already have it.

Only mystery for me so far is, where to get +12V ignition signal from the stock wiring to wake up the EMU? Where did you guys took the signal?
I want to keep the original EWS. Is the original DME waked up (+12V ignition signal) with the signal from the EWS to the DME (pin 33 at 40-pin connector)? It uses the rolling code method and the codes should match between EWS and DME, sot that signal can't be used for EMU because it is digital data signal.
In the DME cubby there is a 8-10 pin dual row plug (it houses your starter signal as well).. there's an oil pressure switch wire that comes on with ignition. This is what I used to wake up the EMU Black.

Did you connect straight hose from intake manifold to brake booster check valve?
Or do you use the original sucking jet pump between the hose, and if yes, where did you connect the sucking jet pump 3rd port (narrower hose)?
