BMW e36 Trigger Wheels

Post by DC33 » Mon Nov 06, 2017 2:45 am

Just setting up my EMU for first start up on a boosted m52 hybrid engine. I just need help figuring out the trigger wheel settings. I'm using the trigger wheel that is on the crank itself not the damper pulley. I was told it was a 60-2 wheel, but I have no idea what degree the first tooth is at or what the trigger angle is.

And as far as the cam position sensor, I have no idea anything about the wheel on the cam. I'm using the OBD1 sensor but I don't know anything about the wheel itself..

Anyone care to share their trigger wheel settings?
