Anybody know how to check broken Bosch LSU 4.2 sensor?
It is connected to ECU (ECUMASTER) but AFR does not work, stay at 14.7.
Have checked all wires and they are fine.

Post your project file to check your settings. Look at WBO section under Log menu.

my o2 sensor start to work 40sec after engine was startet.... and i don`t know why... every time .. maybe is broken too?

It is fine as long as it works.
My old model Innovate takes more than one minute to work.

ok. But if i try to activate"work when no rpm" i recieve same result and first start is hard to tune.. every time my o2 sensor start to work 40 sec after engine is on.. when i install my EMU first 1 month my o2 sensor work fine... I think this is software problem because after one EMU update my O2 sensor is fixed.. but for 2-3 days..

Every WBO need some time to build working temperature. It is not issue, it is property.
If you need the WBO instantly on start, you need to check the window "enable when no RPM" and wait until it builds working temperature by inbuild heater. If you dont need this , just use it as normal.
Problem with "pre heating" is that normály you have some condensated water inside the exhaust and if the water hits the heated sensor, it can brake it. So it is better to leave it heatup after start, mostlyduring exhaust gas temperature, but partially still using internal heater.
If you dont accept the heating procedure, you dont understand the principle, and its your false.

Normally it starts to work faster when O2 sensor is in "working temperature".
Just be patient few seconds.

from your logging it looks like your sensor is either not wired correctly/has a bad connection or it has no power supply to the heater, its showing high duty cycle for the heater but the RI feedback is not moving at all
also what firmware are you using its doing something odd at the start, might just be the way the early version of the firmware activates the heater.
How the sensor works. The internal heater heats up and cools down quite fast. The ECU starts by slowly ramping up the DC for the heater. There is a closed loop feedback signal (RI) that determines the temperature of the heater so once the correct RI value is reached then the sensor becomes active and ecu modulates the heater DC to maintain the temperature. So the warmup time is actually sensor specific it all depends on how fast it heats up. Once the engine is turned off the heater cools very fast. The heater DC never starts high, it always ramps up slowly so that it wont overheat the sensor if its already hot so thats why it always takes some time to start working again even if the engine has just been running.

It may be caused by wires but we cant overcome this problem.
We havent finished with O2 sensor, coming another problem CEL light.
Now just showing new problem.
TPS doesnt work properly when engine running.
Pedal pressed, engine revving up to 5K RPM but TPS stop at 15% ~ 20%.
TPS works fine when engine is off.

ok sounds like you have more than one wiring issue! 99% of all problems are wiring or earth related, check all the pins in all the plugs check your sensor grounds are seperate from your chassis grounds check all the ground wires from the ecu go to the engine block double check all the pins are in the right location on both ecu and o2 sensor plugs... etc etc
make sure you are using the latest test version software on your PC and perform a firmware update from the files menu when the ecu is on line.
then post up logging from when you first turn key on and dont do anything, this wiull see if the o2 sensor is getting voltage when its not supposed to or you have some other issue with the wiring or sensor.
then post up logging when you "enable WBO when no rpm" and also do nothing for at least 2 minutes this will see if the heater is starting to work as its supposed to etc

2JZGTE VVTI using wasted spark ignition.
There are 3 coils meaning 3 wires (from coil) connected to stock ECU.
How to wire these 3 coil wires to EMU?
I got confused by information from manual page 77.
Does it mean each coil wire connected to 2 EMU pin out (G8 + G16)?
My setting can be seen as in 17092017.emu.
