afr/lambda spiky at low injector pw

so first off ive allready played with the deadtime to a point where i cant seem to find a better setting as is. im running 630 dekas (107961). i noticed my battery voltage also isnt what its supposed to be so made this curve as a constant.



the problem only seems to arise when my injector pw is below 1.7ms. its seems to idle on 5 cilinders instead of 6
i still need to physicly change the position of the cam trigger so i can run sequential, it seemed to be running beter that whay before.




ive had these basterds tested at the local parst shop but i dont know if they can see low pw conditions on thier testbench. anyhow i though ill just leave this here. already thanks for reading and busting some brain sweat over this.

Spiky AFR at low load, low PW is pretty normal.
I tested few DEKAs and they are not tight on toleration. 20-30% difference in opening time, and more than 7% of flow on 50% DC between 6injectors best and worst.
So we went to Bosch, and they workd way better for us.

damn shit boxes for injectors, im having them tested today at low pw. it will probably confirm what you are saying, as are the sparkplugs. note that cilinder 4 and 6 are not on the same injector batch



do you recomend any perticular bosch injectors?

must be EV14, the last evolution, basicly the thinest, the old heavy EV1 are history

then it deppends on your power goal so you need to know the ccm capacity you need.
