Need help with idle via DBW

Post by Olli.D » Sun Jan 28, 2018 6:12 pm

Hello,
i need some help to get a proper idle.
I use DBW and the parts work well i think, 0-100% with ignition on.
But when idling, the throttle min 5-6% open and idle is to high. About 1150, target is 900.

When i say: idle off if TPS over 6% and i give lighty open throttle, then you see in the Tune Display: 3-4-5%
I play around with PID or Voltage "position min" or.. or.. do not find my fault :-)
Ignition must be -15° for the target idle, but... mouch to late.

What do you mean i should do?

Please start with Pedal position and Throttle plate position calibration. Then go to the next step.

Got it, thank you.
The calibration of pedal and throttle was nice.
My fault was not to understand:
- idle (DC) ref table is % of idle range in DBW
- start with DBW characteristic not below idle throttle position...
Start with 4 or 5 % in characteristic, rpm doesen´t go down with light throttle.
