What is a good wideband lambda sensor to use with the ECUMaster EMU?

I want something that is known to be reliable and that works well with the EMU.

If it matters, this is for a 3S-GTE.

I have used aem and plx. Both are pre-calibrated. Personally like plx because aem must be configured because readings do not match

Also 3sgte gen3 ;)
