Boost level adjustment input

Post by chris72 » Mon Apr 13, 2015 6:50 pm

HI
i would like to be able to change the boost target to suit track conditions without having to use the laptop everytime.
What i am planning to do is use a selector switch with several resistors to the gearbox sensor input
from this can i use the boost gears scale % target to offset the VSS scale that i need to use
Hopefully this should give me 6 levels of boost based on my VSS boost stratergy. So position 1 = 100 % of VSS table position 2 = 95 % of VSS table and so on
Is this the best way or am i over complicating things ?

Thanks
Chris

Hi Jakub
so will this work ?
i am currently using open loop mode, i was not sure if the gear offset applied to the vss table or directly to the DC table
