frozen AFR reading

frozen AFR reading

The AFR readings is always 14.7 and after i disconnect Lsu 4.2,readings is 14.7 and i try new wildband 4.2 too.
I try also div. client ,wire and the propper connection is checked couple times.I hope someone knows the answer for my problem

I think this is the same issue I'm having. Is this on a fresh install or did it just start happening sudenly?
