Mitsubishi evo v rs base map
Re: Mitsubishi evo v rs base map
Please find attached EVO base map.
IMPORTANT: For EVO coils you need to use 2K resistor in series between EMU ign output and the coils! Otherwise the coils could blow up.

Re: Mitsubishi evo v rs base map
is the resistor needed for evo3 too ?Jadzwin wrote:Please find attached EVO base map.

Re: Mitsubishi evo v rs base map
In EVO3 you can connect coils directly to EMU (without ignition module) so no resistors are required But you must before connecting coils change ignition output type from coils with built in amplifer to coils without amplifier. Otherwise you destroy the coils!
Re: Mitsubishi evo v rs base map
Tanks for the info, will be using the module as it reliefs stress from the ecu and also it has output already connected to tach.

Hello all
I´m also new in EMU World, and I have some questions for "advanced" users...:
- my Evo6 TME, has AYC. How EMU can manage th YAC if there isn´t any pin for it? (or at least, not in the pinout)
- I followed the pinout for evo and the "jumpers" described for my model. However, car does not start, and Fan works in High mode
I took: R6, R10, R12 and R14
some help from you will be appreciated.
thanks!
