trigger scope,injector phase, and knock issues

installed emu ecu in 2jz gte vvti motor first i used https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/286 ... e_vvti.pdf the wasted park for my set up. and my trigger scope does not match the one in the PDF. also the vehicle seems to be running well but i have registered knock at idle that is setting off the engine light. and last i have my injector phasing set up as follows and was wondering if this is correct for ignition event 1 i have injector 3, event 2 injector 6, event 3 injector 2, event 4 injector 4, event 5 injector 1, event 6 injector 5?

here is my scope I've checked my timing already. going to removed the cam gear this afternoon and make sure its not seized... anyone have any other ideas?

I manually controlled the vvti OCV and the cam gear moves but when I change the setting in vvti#1 map it doesn't control the solenoid at all. I checked the wiring for the vvti OCV and it is wired up correctly. Maybe a ecu issue?
