This past week I've been having hesitation with my car. I put it back to stock on the DET3 (still wired in no corrections, running on MAF for load).
The codes I pulled are
11 Crankshaft Position Sensor
12 MAF signal
21 Ignition Circuit
34 Knock Sensor
21 I'm sure is from using LS1 coils (I've deleted the stock coils and ignitor, a few other people online have stated they get code 21 from the LS coil conversion).
34 Knock, I'm sure Iv'e seen some knock, since I was pushing the limits of the stock injectors, so I've turned down the boost to see if I'm having the same issues.
11, and 12 I think is DET3 related.
What the car is doing, is that it's bucking/sputtering in boost.

Do you have the DET3 modifying the timing degrees?

I forgot to update this
I did not, but it was actually the fuel pump that was dying. Which sucks, cause I just put it in
