I'm looking for a wiring diagram for 1993 Lexus sc300 2jzge turbo to go from maf to map and run a boost controller.

Should be pretty close to the GTE. I mean a lot of guys are using the GTE ECU on the GE now. So I would imagine it's pretty damn close, with the exception of the cam sensor.

They use that ecu when going from distributor to coil on plug so it's a little different.

Are you using FIT or Piggyback mode?

If you're going piggyback mode, then there's only a handful of wires you need to wire up.

Power,
Ground,
KMV/MAF sensor
And crank sensor (NE1, I'm assuming).

So if you look at how to install a SAFC (find the diagram). You will be able to find Power, Ground, and the MAF sensor. Keep in mind since you're using a KMV, you're gonna need to use the pull ups for the KMV sensor.

I just got it so don't really know the difference in fit and the piggyback mode. I have a safc in the car now. But I wanna hook it up so its map not maf and controlling a boost controller.

If you have the DET3 with the internal 2.5BAR or 4.5BAR MAP sensor that takes up the Analog 2 input so you'll have to use Analog 3 or 4 for Wideband input. Make sure you set up the software properly for your wideband and you should be good.

DET3 don't have built in O2 sensor controller, so you must take if you have 0-5V signal from external controller and then load proper scale for Analog in you connected it to
