Launch control by vss

Hi,
I have fitted the ecu master det3 to my jdm v4 Subaru sti gc8.
I need to know how to connect the wiring to make the launch control be governed by the vss so it'll disable above a certain speed. What is the wiring I need to do and how do I set it up as the vss is showing a frequency in hz? Is it even possible in my gc8?
Currently it's activated but is on all the time?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi i have bug sport so is almost the same as your gc8 .
I tryed vss input to fraquancy in but didnt had any luck .doesnt work.
Ll be nice to know it..

I have done it in my celica gt4. The connection i have done is cutting the speed sensor signal wire, the part coming from the sensor to frequency in, from frquency out to the other half of the speed sensor that goes to the tach in my case, dont know how it is in the gc8
