I hope that Subaru/rx7/rx8 trigger can be supported.
it is using 36-2-2-2 trigger pattern with 8500 rpm limit.

We have lots of request for this trigger type, so we decided to add it to the DET3.
It should be available in about one week.

Hi!

In the latest software we have added subaru 36-2-2-2 trigger.
Already it was tested on simulator and seems to work.

I just tested the new firmware (1.30) with 36-2-2-2 trigger pattern. Sadly to let you know that the engine failed to start with it. I can't test with DET3 FI because the trigger pattern is not found in it.
Anything that I can do to help?

i scoped the input vs output through DET3 and i found that there are no waveform at the output hence the no start condition.

Try to use 1K pullup to +5V or pulldown to the ground.

I reflashed the firmware and using 5V pullup, I manage to get the engine running.
Now, using DET3,the engine only manage to rev till around 4500rpm and it behave as if
it is having the launch control set on.
