hello everybody,

my name is campos and i represent a few toyota mr2/celica 3sgte shops here in los angeles, california U.S.A.

i am already in communication with the ECUMASTER USA.

before i get started with the unit(should arrive in a week).

-what is the best wide band 02 sensor that is recommended to work with the DET3
-has anyone here applied the DET3 to a 3sgte engine
-what external datalogging can be used along with the DET3

i represent many of the Celica/MR2 tuning shops here in the U.S. and Latin America, i am very eager to bring the system here.

your advise is greatly appreciated

Hi!

Please find attached wiring diagram for 3SGTE. It is very common car for DEt3 in Europe.

You can use any wide band controller that has linear output. Lots of people us Innovate LC-1 controler.

st215 - rev4 3sgte caldina
st246 - rev5 3sgte caldina

i am looking at the polish and english schematics and the celica nor the mr2 are listed.. is there another list of schematics that aren't available on the site?

i am wiring up a gen2 mr2/st185.. the .pdf you linked(thank you again) is for a stock setup.. stock ecu/injectors, etc. that works out great.

but i have been reading over the manual and "fuel implant".. this is another area i will be focusing on as well for a customers with track cars.

with the basic wiring diagram you sent me.. the stock ecu is set up to handle the stock 440cc fuel injectors. can the basic wiring setup work with 550cc fuel injectors or will i need to wire it up with the "fuel implant" schematics?

i am very happy and excited to be working with ECUMASTER.. updates and progress will be updated in this thread

WOW!!!!

everything is going better than expected.. i just placed an order for 5 qty det3 4 bar map sensor and 2 qty emu's with o2 sensor, o2 sensor harness with the emu pre-terminated.

THANK YOU.... if you guys have any mr2's.. i make plenty of parts in carbon fiber.. let me know, i will take care of you guys

Unfortunately none of us don't own mr2, but we have a lot of friends with those cars. I will tell them about carbon elements.

I can't find any st246 wiring diagram. If You have any, I can make You wiring for det3 also.

in this page is wiring schematics for st205 celica alltrac which is the equivalent to revision 3 mr2..
