Running a starter with the PMU
Is it possible to join two outputs on the PMU so it can run the starter signal that requires abt 30 Amps ?

Yes.
In PMU-16 there are two types of outputs: 25Amps and 15Amps. (10 x 25Amps and 6 x 15Amps)
You can join outputs if they are of the same type. For example: 25Amps+25Amps or 15Amps+15Amps.
Up to 3 outputs can be joined together.
