my trigger type is bosch 60-2 with vr, and ignition angle is 114BTDC, First trigger tooth is 19 (114/6) ??

hi my friends, i have two qestions, 1) emu connect only with wideband knock? i have the oem knock (punto gt knock) and from 0,7 to 5 value (min tps to max tps) with pressure or not, i give only the frequency value from my Car piston diameter (7.2khz) what it's need to work? , i'm new at sport....
2) how can i measure trigger angle with ignition light, because at flywheel where the numbers it can't be (turbo take place), at the other side at belts i have only one point, i must find numbers to write?
