Setting up Boost control

Post by PBU » Tue Feb 24, 2015 8:05 pm

Hi

How should i set up the boost control to work only as a limiter ?
No boost curve or anything.
Just limit pressure at 220 Pa for example.

My control valve at 0% DC => all the presure to the turbo waste valve.
100% => all the pressure is flown to airfilter box.

In your case the easies way is to use PWM table.

On X asis there is a load. So if the load is higher than required set 100%DC and interpolation does the rest.

Thx

I get a warning that i use the same output as boost control aux1 ( of course )
Wiring another output for the boost valve is a very big job !!

The tekst is in red now.
I disabled the "normal" boostcontrol, so is this a problem is use the same ouptut twice ?

You cannot use one output to two or more strategies.
Just select output to none for boost control.
