help about wiring sensor

hi :) sorry about my bad english
i need help about connect some sensors in my EMU
i have oil pressure sensor like this: Image - Opel
oil temp sensor like this: Image lancia
this sensors will work properly? i need some help for wiring diagrams? and how?
and i need some fuel pressure sensor but i can`t find . can i use one sensor like oil pressure sensor?

Today I wire stock bmw oil temp sensor , 1 pin , use 5v with pullup resistor 1kohm it works perfekt at analog input 0-5v but I have info thah on 100deg is 80ohm that started from .
