over fuel car wont run

tried to get my car maped on the fuel client
but it just pumps in loads of fuel
i have low impedence injectors
i used resistors off the two ecu outputs there not exact spec but close just to try get it going
but still just floods the engine wont start

do the resistors have to be exact or what could the problem be
